Battle between Senator Aaron Cheruiyot and Cs Kipchumba Murkomen

In a classic battle between titans, the impeachment process against Kericho Governor Eric Mutai is turning out to be a show of might between Senate majority leader Aaron Cheruiyot and sports Cs Kipchumba Murkomen.

Senator Cheruiyot is said to be behind the ouster of the Governor and has been seen trying to influence senate to impeach the embattled Governor. On the other hand, Cs Murkon has also been canvassing for the Governor trying to rally the senators to save the Governor.

The senators are said to be torn between the two since both of them hold high ranking offices in both the executive and Senate and are both close confidant of the President. It remains to be seen who between Senator Cheruiyot and Cs Murkomen will emerge victorious in their quest to impeach and save Governor Mutai at the same time
